We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator who is familiar with the world of tabletop roleplaying games and our global audience. You'll be at the heart of our marketing and sales team, the keeper of the social media schedule and have a great eye for effective content.
To do this you will be a highly organised person with experience of working on a range of social media platforms, arranging events, dealing with press queries and working with brand guidelines.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage social media accounts, scheduling content, and monitoring performance.
* Manage the content calendar, taking a proactive approach to ensure content is available on time and to high standards.
* Help develop marketing materials like e-newsletters, social media posts, website content, video and more.
* Work closely with Brand partners, coordinating timely marketing approvals to support campaigns and product releases.
* Monitor our social media accounts, engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
* Support work with media partners, trade press, reviewers and others to get positive product coverage.
* Work with the CEO and external delivery partners to manage our attendance at international trade shows and conventions.
* Analyse marketing performance data to track performance and inform future content strategy.
To do this you'll need
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt to various audiences internally and externally.
* Excellent organisational skills to juggle multiple campaigns and postings at all stages of their life cycle.
* Experience of working with brand guidance and seeking approval for release.
* Strong analytical skills to analyse data, track campaign performance, monitor budgets and provide insights.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of up-to-date digital marketing techniques and algorithms.
* Have 3 years' experience of digital marketing, preferably in an eCommerce environment or related experience.
* Excellent IT skills required – MS Office, Google Workspace, Meta dashboard, Sprout Social, Klayvio, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Familiarity with, video editing tools and Kickstarter are desirable
* Be a self-starter who can work alongside the wider team and can demonstrate good organisational and time-management skills.
* A passion for table top roleplaying games and a knowledge of trends in this global audience is desirable.
