Junior Sales Executive – Solar Energy (B2C)

Our client, a leading provider of solar energy solutions, is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, people-focused individual to build a long-term career in the renewable energy sector.
Location: Field-Based – Munster Region
Salary: €35,000 base + Commission
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Car: Company vehicle provided
What You'll Do:
Visit residential customers across Cork, Limerick, Kerry, and Tipperary to discuss their solar energy needs
Assist with generating leads and converting them into customers
Provide clear, friendly advice on the benefits and savings of switching to solar energy
Support the sales process from initial consultation through to follow-up
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Work closely with the senior sales team to achieve team targets
What We're Looking For:
Passion for sustainability and helping customers save on energy costs
Some sales, or relevant experience (ideally B2C, but not essential)
Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career
Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel 4 days per week within the region
