Around each village, the Food and Beverage department employs around 350 team members across multiple different restaurants, cafés, and bars, as well as a production kitchen. Kitchen Steward / Porter
€14.35 per hour plus tips. All colleagues working in our restaurants, cafés and bars will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. The majority of our guests are happy to reward our colleagues for their excellent service.
As a Kitchen Steward / Porter, you will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Team dispose of kitchen waste and deep cleaning of the kitchen and wash‑up areas. Responsibilities will include maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, carrying out cleaning duties as specified by the Kitchen Manager such as sweeping and mopping floors and operating pot‑washing machinery.
Qualifying Requirements
* Be able to work under pressure
* Have the ability to work on their own or as part of a team
* Have good communication skills
* Adhere to company COSHH regulations and ISO standards at all times

Hours of Work
We have the following contracts available on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
* Bella Italia – 60 hours per 4‑week period – Straight shifts, flexible over 7 days
* Sports Café – 120 hours per 4‑week period – Straight shifts, flexible over 7 days

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
