Job Title
This role focuses on driving business expansion and retention through strong customer relationships. As a trusted advisor, you will develop and maintain close partnerships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for commercial conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with assigned accounts, providing strategic guidance and support.
* Stay up-to-date with the company's product offerings and roadmap to effectively communicate value to customers.
* Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless communication and alignment with account plans.
* Identify new opportunities for expansion within existing customer relationships, increasing their usage of the platform through innovative solutions.
* Manage the sales cycle for expansion or renewal opportunities, negotiating terms and coordinating internal resources when necessary.
* Accurately forecast monthly expansion and churn, maintaining a clean sales pipeline with rigorous data hygiene.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or sales.
* Strong ability to prospect and build pipeline without assistance.
* Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
* Highly motivated individual with a sense of urgency and adaptability.
* Able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CS, Marketing, Enablement, and Support.
