Administrator required on a part time basis (20-25 hours) for a company in Sligo.
Responsible for overall administration with duties as follows:
1. Processing credit card payments
2. Lodging cash in bank / post office
3. Processing ad hoc payments
4. Compiling and tracking information in Excel / Databases
5. Generation of sales invoices
6. Tracking status of sales and purchase invoices
7. Follow-up on outstanding debtor payments via e-mail
8. Submitting information to agencies / government bodies
9. Ad hoc projects and tasks
