Director of Nursing is a leadership position that oversees the delivery of nursing care in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements for the role include:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent within the last 6 years.
* A post-registration qualification in healthcare management or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of relevant post-registration nursing experience with at least 3 years' experience caring for older adults.
The successful candidate must be a registered nurse, able to communicate effectively with residents, relatives/visitors, employees, management, and external bodies.
