The Role Reporting directly to the Project Manager and senior management team, the Foreman / Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, coordination of trades and subcontractors, and ensuring health & safety and quality standards are upheld at all times.
Key Responsibilities Supervise all on-site construction activities for the apartment development Manage and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards Maintain detailed daily site records and progress reports Liaise with the design team, engineers, and management Uphold company standards for quality control and compliance Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role with a main contractor or developer Proven experience delivering multi-unit residential projects, ideally apartments Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Health & Safety training (e.g., Safe Pass, First Aid, Managing Safely in Construction) How to apply To apply, please SUBMIT your CV to APPLY NOW
