Our client, a global quantitative trading firm, is looking for a
Recruitment Coordinator
to join their busy TA team supporting experienced hire and campus recruitment.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll work directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
* Maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System.
* Support recruiters with events, reporting, and ad hoc projects.
* Help improve processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Experience
* Previous experience in coordination, admin, or event support (HR/recruitment a plus).
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
