We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Sales Secretary to join our team!
Please note: this role is a 12 Month Fixed-Term contract.
Responsibilities
Managing and completing reports required by the Regional Director and Sales Operations Directors
Managing of meeting spaces in terms of bookings as well as set up for Regional Managing Directors/Sales Operations Directors
Facilitate and organise large scale Store Manager & Area Manager meetings
Administration support to Regional Director and Sales Operations Directors i.e., calendar management, correspondence, etc.
Compiling and coordinating information from Head Office and Regional Distribution departments for communication to store
Controls and checks on invoices prior to authorisation
Managing stationary and uniform orders for regional distribution centre and stores
Management and distribution of Internal and external mail
Qualifications
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
The ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels
Outstanding computer skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Flawless typing skills
A friendly, enthusiastic nature
