Job Role: Junior Telecoms Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Radio Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the radio spectrum, including coordinating ongoing radio frequency measurement programmes, developing enhanced reporting and statistical analysis, and conducting measurements in the field.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level honours degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Physics or a similar discipline. A strong understanding of radiocommunication systems and radio frequency is essential. Additionally, they should possess good analytical skills with attention to detail and proven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking techniques to solving problems quickly and effectively.
A full Class B driving licence is also required. We offer training and development opportunities for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate ongoing RF measurement programme
* Development of enhanced reporting & statistical analysis
* GIS mapping of measurement data
* Accompany 3rd party service providers during site surveys
