This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and organised hospitality professional to join a high-profile group operating across multiple renowned venues.
The role will focus on driving sales, coordinating events, and delivering exceptional client experiences across key locations, including Leopardstown, Fairyhouse, and The Curragh.
The successful candidate will play a key role in converting enquiries, managing client relationships, and supporting the delivery of high-quality events, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
The Duties Manage and convert inbound sales enquiries across multiple venues Coordinate and oversee event bookings from initial enquiry through to execution Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients Conduct site visits and client meetings across Leopardstown, Fairyhouse, and The Curragh Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth event delivery Prepare proposals, contracts, and event documentation Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns The Must Requirements to be Considered Previous experience in Hospitality is essential Experience in a Sales & Events role or ready to step up into this level Strong communication, organisational, and relationship management skills Commercially driven with a proactive approach to sales Living in Ireland with full right to work in ROI Visa and relocation packages are not provided The Salary & Benefits Salary: €37,000 per annum + 10% performance bonus Opportunities for career progression within a growing organisation Access to professional development and training programmes A dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive working environment
