**Job Title:** Heat Pump Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support CQV activities for the installation and integration of heat pump equipment and two boiler packages.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project engineering, CQV, quality assurance, and operations teams, focusing on delivering qualified utility systems to support main operational areas as well as ancillary spaces.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support CQV activities for heat pump and boiler systems.
* Review and approve Design Qualification (DQ) documents.
* Generate commissioning protocols and execute them effectively.
* Verify mechanical installations to ensure compliance with site GMP standards.
* Conduct system walkdowns and resolve punch list items efficiently.
* Review and approve P&IDs, datasheets, isometrics, and turnover packages.
* Collaborate in the design and layout of mechanical systems to meet project requirements.
* Oversee vendor equipment delivery, installation, and field verification processes.
* Interface with building management systems for control and monitoring setup.
* Support tie-in and integration planning with existing utility networks.
* Develop and review engineering and CQV documentation per site GMP standards.
* Compile Mechanical Completion documentation.
* Perform Utility Impact Assessments.
* Conduct risk assessments and URS traceability.
* Assist in the compilation and support of handover to Operations.

Liaise with project teams, contractors, vendors, validation, and QA to ensure mechanical systems are installed and qualified per cGMP and safety requirements.

**What You Need to Succeed:**

* Experience in CQV activities for heat pump and boiler systems.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and installation.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in engineering documentation and reporting.
* Familiarity with site GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
