A well-established and highly successful Irish business have engaged Barden to identify a commercially-minded accountant to join their Finance team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Lead onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses.
* Develop tailored operational and governance frameworks.
* Prepare apportionment accounts aligned with reporting standards.
* Support commercial onboarding and financial oversight.
* Deliver performance projections and business cases.
* Collaborate on strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
* Qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE;
* Financial analysis experience is an advantage but not essential;
* Excellent attention to detail, numeric and analytical skills;
* Process, systems and controls focused;
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
