Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
* Manage front of house duties, including greeting and directing individuals appropriately.
* Take and process orders efficiently, ensuring accurate transfer of details to relevant colleagues.
* Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing prompt and courteous responses.
* Provide administrative support, including record keeping, data entry, and document management.
* Communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, both internally and externally.
* Apply knowledge of wood metrics and sizes when processing orders.
* Support colleagues and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven administrative and front of house experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task and remain organised in a busy environment.
* Knowledge of metrics and sizes of wood.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Adaptable and proactive approach to work.
