Healthcare Building Operations Manager
Role:
* Oversee the planning and execution of minor capital works in healthcare facilities.
* Develop programmes for the maintenance of buildings, services, and equipment.
* Prepare contract arrangements for approved maintenance programmes.
* Ensure that healthcare buildings, services, and equipment are adequately maintained.
Responsibilities include working with the Property Manager to ensure compliance with property protocols and collaborating with service personnel to achieve sustainable building guidelines. The role also involves providing advice on energy efficiency.
