Corporate Training Professional
This is a highly demanding role that requires hands-on experience in creating, developing and evaluating training programs to cater to various departments across Europe.
Responsibilities:
* Creativity: Develop innovative and engaging training plans tailored to the needs of different departments;
* Project Management: Plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of the project including stakeholder management;
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Adult Education or related field;
Master's degree preferred but not required; Must have excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate complex ideas;
