We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term basis, ending March 2026. The Recruitment Coordinator supports the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This role is responsible for managing recruitment administration, scheduling, advertising vacancies, supporting interviews, and ensuring efficient communication across all stakeholders. The postholder will play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality recruitment activity aligned with the operational needs and service expectations of our customers. Responsibilities Recruitment Administration Manage job postings across internal platforms, job boards, and social media channels. Track applications and maintain accurate records Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. Schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring manager meetings. Prepare interview packs and ensure hiring teams are fully briefed. Candidate Management Act as the first point of contact for candidate queries. Coordinate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates. Support pre-employment checks (references, right-to-work documentation, background checks). Deliver an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding. Hiring Manager Support Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines. Provide guidance on recruitment processes, best practices, and compliance. Assist with preparing job descriptions and advertising content. Onboarding Support new starter documentation and contract preparation. Coordinate induction schedules and ensure a smooth handover to HR operations. Maintain onboarding recruitment and trackers and ensure all mandatory steps are completed. Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and assist with monthly reporting. Ensure compliance with GDPR, employment legislation, and internal policies. Support audit activities and maintain high standards of record keeping. Requirments Essential Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR support, or a similar role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Desirable Experience in high-volume recruitment environments. Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance. Experience coordinating interviews across multiple locations or time zones.
