BIM Coordinator – Remote
Location: Remote (occasional travel within Europe may be required). Contract Type: Permanent / Contract.
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team on a major engineering and infrastructure project based in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the coordination and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary design data within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage BIM workflows across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
* Ensure all project models adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and project-specific requirements.
* Support the development and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and model management strategies.
* Review, federate, and validate models for design coordination, clash detection, and quality assurance.
* Collaborate closely with design teams, engineers, and project managers to maintain model accuracy and consistency throughout all project stages.
* Provide technical support and guidance to project team members regarding BIM methodologies and best practices.
* Manage model exchanges, version control, and data integrity across shared platforms.
Required Skills & Software Proficiency
* Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage for model coordination and clash detection.
* Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or equivalent Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
* Familiarity with Civil 3D, Dynamo, or Solibri Model Checker is advantageous.
* Solid understanding of BIM Level 2 standards (ISO 19650 series) and model coordination workflows.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary team environment.
* Proven experience working within data centre, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology projects is essential.
