Responsibilities
* At the first point of contact in our customer service team, you will provide outstanding service in every interaction with customers whose needs are predominantly service focussed, helping the organisation to achieve its goals.
* Accurately and compliantly complete right first time processes and procedures while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience.
* Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer need, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified.
* Deal with all customer queries through to completion, within given time scales, referring any queries to your colleagues and other departments as necessary.
* Liaise with other internal departments such as Business and Commercial, Motor, RCC and Business and Commercial Support to ensure a smooth on boarding journey for the customer.
* Support the delivery of Asset Finance proposals through the production of accurate assessment of management information and bank accounts.
Qualifications / Desired
* APA in Loans.
* Experience of completing KYC checks for business customers with an understanding of KYB and AML
* Ability to work at speed and deliver attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise own work to make sure that objectives are met within required timescales.
* The ability to work effectively under pressure and to take personal responsibility for delivering accurate and high-quality output.
