FP&A Manager – Online Gambling (Commercial, Sportsbook & Casino)Location: Ireland, UK or RemoteOverview:We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to support strategic and financial decision-making across our online commercial gambling offering (sportsbook and casino).This role partners closely with Brand, Marketing, Commercial, and Technology teams to improve and optimise investment, drive profitable growth and enhance business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across BOYLE Sports in Ireland and the UKBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, ROI, and profitability across marketing channels, including affiliates, PPC, paid media, and sponsorshipsProvide strategic insight into brand investment, customer acquisition, and retention economicsAnalyse performance marketing initiatives and develop recommendations to optimise spend and customer valueMonitor customer base changes and customer cohort performanceReview, challenge, and advise on the ROI, commercial impact and strategic fit of business cases, including brand, sponsorship, marketing and technology investmentsAssess technology investment opportunities such as product development, platform enhancements and data capabilitiesDeliver weekly and monthly KPI reporting, variance analysis and executive-level insightsPartner with brand and marketing, product, BI, payments and operations to support strategic planning and cross-functional initiativesSupport ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modelling and commercial decision-makingQualifications3–5+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience within online gambling, sportsbook or digital entertainment in the UK and/or IrelandStrong understanding of performance marketing economics (affiliates, PPC, programmatic, and sponsorships)Experience evaluating brand strategy, customer acquisition and ROI-driven investment decisionsDemonstrated ability to review and advise on commercial business cases and cross-functional investmentsAdvanced financial modelling and data analysis skills
