With centres across Ireland, our client is growing and now seeking a dedicated Staff Grade Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team.

The location for this post is Westmeath.
Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of children and adults with diverse needs across self-care, leisure, and productivity domains Complete functional, sensory, environmental, and seating assessments and provide appropriate interventions Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, psychology, SLT, nursing, and behavioural supports Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy programmes Contribute to service user transitions, care planning, and safety in daily living Document all assessments, plans, and progress per policy and standards Supervise OT students and contribute to departmental learning and service improvement initiatives Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy (CORU registered) Experience in disability or mental health settings (post-qualification desired) Knowledge of person-centred planning and risk assessment Sensory integration training desirable Skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Strong time management and independent working abilities Commitment to ongoing CPD and quality care delivery Benefits Company pension and life assurance Paid maternity/paternity leave CPD support and education assistance Flexible working (hybrid model) Employee Assistance Programme Retail discounts and Bike to Work scheme Referral bonuses and more If you or someone you know might be interested in this position, you can reach me at / to discuss further.
