Senior Culinary Leader
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 5 years experience as Head Chef in a high-end establishment.

* Seafood expertise.
* Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
Credentials in health and safety training are essential. The ideal candidate should be able to lead a team and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, including:
* Food service: timely delivery of orders, menu briefings with FOH staff, liaising with FOH staff on any issues.
* Staff training and management: rosters, recruitment, performance reviews.
* Kitchen maintenance, hygiene and HACCP: food management systems and records, checklists, equipment maintenance.
* Kitchen financials: menu costing, labour costs, invoicing, waste management.
* Stock management: ordering, pricing, stock levels, rotation.
* Sales management: liaison with Restaurant Manager and GM on menu planning & development.
