Responsibilities
Assist chefs in preparing, producing, and serving food.
Provide effective service in all food outlets for external and internal customers.
Prepare, supervise, and cook on assigned station of work.
Be fully familiar with all menus – breakfast, lunch, table d'hote, and a la carte.
Ensure production sheets are filled out and updated daily.
Ensure all food items are sent to the correct area on time.
Report any faults in equipment, fixtures, and fittings to the chef or supervisor and ensure no item of equipment is misused.
Ideal Candidate
Passionate about food and culinary arts.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
