Key Responsibilities Lead the introduction of new tools, from initial trials and set-up to qualification and production handover. Contribute to the design and debugging of new systems, tooling, and automation. Execute and complete IQ, OQ, and PQ validation reports. Improve yields and efficiency through designed experiments and optimized process setups. Serve as a primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and toolmakers. Manage moulding process systems, including control sheets and deviation management. Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and technical support. Collaborate daily with teams across the organization, including the tool room, maintenance, production, and quality. Develop and implement maintenance programs for moulding equipment. Candidate Profile A degree in Polymer or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume moulding environment. Proven experience with cleanroom procedures and medical moulding. Highly skilled in process setup and validation, including performing process window studies. Systematic and effective troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated ability to lead technical issue resolution. Excellent team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
