This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position combining general administration with accounting support.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral office administration and day-to-day supportAnswering emails and phone calls in a professional mannerManaging calendars, appointments, and meetingsMaintaining filing systems (digital and/or paper)Data entry and record keepingAssisting with reports and correspondenceProcessing invoices (sales and purchase invoices)Assisting with accounts payable and receivableReconciling bank statements and expense claimsSupporting payroll preparation (where required)Liaising with external accountants or bookkeepersMaintaining accurate financial recordsSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in an administrative and/or accounts roleBasic understanding of bookkeeping or accounts processesStrong organisational and time-management skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with accounting softwareAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesWhat We OfferFlexible part-time working hoursSupportive and friendly working environmentCompetitive Hourly Rate
