HVAC - Technican

My client is seeking a friendly, approachable and experienced HVAC Technician to join the growing Services Team. The ideal candidate will bring their own personality and expertise to the role, always meeting and greeting residents with a friendly smile.
What will the role involve?
• Annual servicing and maintenance of Ventilation and Heat Pump Units.
• Ensuring timely and efficient response times for all scheduled works.
• Adhering to industry legislation, particularly Health and Safety regulations.
• Following manufacturer guidelines for servicing (where applicable).
• Minor general maintenance of vacant properties prior to move ins.
• Updating records using verbal, written, and electronic communication methods.
• Taking responsibility for and supporting junior engineers.
Candidate Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of all aspects of HVAC systems.
• Plumbing/Electrician qualifications required.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial and residential maintenance.
• General Maintenance Experience (not required but an advantage).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work flexibly and support colleagues within the Service team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances.
• Clean, tidy and presentable appearance.
• Professional, reliable, honest, trustworthy, hardworking.
• Due to the nature of the role, An Garda Siochana vetting may be required.
• Full Clean Driving Licence required.
Licence/Certification:
• QQI Level 5 or Level 6 Trade Certificates in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning.
• NZEB – Domestic Heat Pump Installation/Ventilation Programme.
• F-Gas Handling Certification (not required but an advantage).
• Full Clean Driving Licence (required).
• Safepass Card (required).
The role includes a work vehicle and use of company tools and equipment.
