Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
We are currently recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. The successful candidate will work closely with executives and senior leaders to build a high-performing and inclusive workforce.
The role is responsible for delivering the HR strategy, which provides a roadmap for how the HR Division best supports the achievement of the University's Strategic Plan. This includes supporting in the delivery of workforce initiatives, such as workforce planning, organisational change management programmes, talent management, performance management and leadership development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years' experience working in Human Resources at a senior level
* Excellent knowledge and expertise in Irish employment law legislation
* An understanding of organisational restructuring and change management programmes together with project management skills
