Brand You Creative Agency is seeking an experienced Operations HR and Legal Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all Company Operations HR and legal activities, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and providing legal advice across the organization.

Operations: Manage all company departments and operations, working closely with all departments HR: manage all HR hiring, contracts, interviews, and all legal accepts of the HR process Legal Strategy: Develop and implement legal strategies to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee a wide variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to minimize the company's exposure.
Compliance oversight: Ensure the company adheres to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including employment laws, data protection, and industry-specific regulations.
Litigation Management: Manage all legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations, working with external counsel as necessary.
Corporate Governance: Oversee corporate governance, ensuring compliance with board meeting protocols, regulatory filings, and shareholder agreements.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal departments, senior management, clients, vendors, and external legal advisors on legal matters.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the legal team, providing guidance and ensuring efficient workflow across all legal matters.
Advisory Role: Provide timely legal advice and support to senior management and other departments on a variety of legal issues, including contracts, intellectual property, and employment law.
Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update internal policies and procedures to align with legal and regulatory changes.
Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or a related field; Masters in Law (LLM) is a plus.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, contract management, compliance, and litigation.
Proven experience in legal risk management and providing legal advice in a business context.
Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
