About your new employer: A leading medical device company known for its innovation and commitment to quality About your new job as a Process Technician Evening Shift Work as part of the Production Engineering support team to drive process improvements Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and improving production methods and procedures Take technical responsibility for OEE metrics, yield, and downtime Escalate and help resolve critical downtime issues Collaborate with the production team to prioritise daily and weekly actions Communicate effectively during shift handovers to ensure seamless transitions Manage and maintain spare parts inventory to reduce equipment downtime Support equipment and product changeovers, implementing continuous improvements (SMED) Assist in IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities and maintain area SOPs Design, specify, manufacture, test, and document production equipment changes and improvements Work with vendors and consultants as needed for equipment support and upgrades What skill/experience you need as a Process Technician Level 6 or Level 7 qualification in Engineering, Science, or related technical field (senior trade also acceptable) 2+ years experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, ideally in medical devices Experience with braiding, coiling, laser welding, catheter assembly, or packaging is an advantage Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Whats on offer?
