Job Purpose:
Maintain a site to excellent operational standards.
The Site Operations Manager will direct the site activities, maintain an excellent client relationship, and develop a positive team spirit with high levels of safety, health, and environmental protection.
Responsibilities include monitoring work through daily spot checks, audits, and staff interactions to ensure high standards are maintained. The manager will also manage staff rosters to ensure absenteeism and annual leave cover. Issues will be resolved in a professional manner, treating all fairly.
The ideal candidate has experience in site operations and supervisor skills are advantageous but training will be provided. The ability to empower and motivate others, excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills make them successful in this role.
