Senior Supervisor/Instructor
Training Centres, Day Services & Community Hubs
(aligned to the Workshop Supervisor/Instructor, Senior salary scale)
Fulltime Permanent, 39-hour working week
Qualifications and Experience Required:
* A relevant third level qualification in Health and Social Care is essential.
* Full Driver’s licence is desirable.
* Experience working with people who have complex needs or Intellectual Disability is essential.
* Person-centred approach; ability to listen to and understand communication from the people supported.
* Community-based support experience.
* Familiarity with relevant policies on day services.
* Ability to develop and implement person-centred programmes.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Initiative, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Commitment to confidentiality and dignity in care.
* Strong team working skills and ability to motivate others.
* Ability to coordinate timetables, activities, and plans based on the needs of the people supported.
