About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis for 12 months. This fixed-term contract role will be pivotal in overseeing HR operations in our sites across Ireland, the UK, and India.

Key Responsibilities:
">

* Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the HR function, contributing to business planning and supporting the company's growth and operational objectives.
">
">
* Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Ensure all HR practices comply with Irish employment law and industry regulations.
">
">
* Performance Management: Support managers with performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans. Provide coaching and HR guidance as needed.
">
">
* Policy & Procedure Management: Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks in line with legal and organisational changes across our sites.
">
">
* Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate relevant learning and development initiatives.
">
">
* HR Projects: Lead or support ongoing HR initiatives in a growing dynamic business.
">
">
* HR Reporting: Produce HR metrics and report out to senior management on a monthly basis.
">
Requirements:
">
">
* Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR role
">
">
* Knowledge of Employment Law: Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
">
">
* Certification: CIPD qualification (Level 8 or equivalent) preferred
">
">
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
">
">
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-focused dynamic environment
">
">
* Technical Skills: Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
