Our site-based Managed Service teams across Ireland provide a cost efficient and effective framework for project delivery to our clients. We take projects ranging in capital value from €100k to €15M from concept through all stages of the project life-cycle to handover. We safely deliver diverse portfolios of projects including buildings, cleanrooms, utilities, process installations, regulatory upgrades and equipment replacements.We have a requirement for a Turnover Engineer to join our Managed Services team on a pharmaceutical client site in Carlow. The successful candidate will work on various upcoming key projects.ResponsibilitiesBe fully familiar with the scope, content, boundaries of the allocated systemsUnderstand the turnover and handover process and requirements, including walk downs, punch list management, test pack tracking, Turnover Dossier preparation and compilationAssist in the preparation of Turnover Dossiers for allocated systems ensuring master drawings and documents are available. Ensure all scope is allocated to contractors vendors and ensure they are no scope gapsLiaise with Turnover Manager and Construction Planner to review, update and communicate the status of allocated systems.Attend early walks to check on progress and quality of systemsLiaise with contractors for readiness of construction work and documentationAttend daily turnover meetings and report on progress and issuesLiaise with commissioning team and user teams to inform them of the status of turnover readiness and punch listsAttend walk down inspections with contractors, commissioning team and end users to verify system build completionAssist in recording all punch lists and expedite their closure with the contractorsAssist in collating and checking all documentation, test packs, drawings certifications required for the Turnover Dossiers and Final Handover filesAssist in compiling the Turnover Dossiers and agree sign off and turnover to the commissioning teamReport any issues to Turnover ManagerQualifications3 years site-based experience desirableDegree or Trades education desirableMulti-sectoral experience desirablePrevious turnover experience desirableWhy PM Group?As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed and driven.
