Project Engineer - Pharmaceuticals Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our next core projects. The ideal candidate will be local to Wicklow and have a strong background in mechanical, process, chemical, or electrical engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver key projects supporting maintenance, facilities, utilities, operations, and logistics.
* Update site engineering records as part of project delivery.
* Develop and implement quality assurance systems for engineering and project delivery.
* Support site initiatives such as asset integrity, reliability, plant baselining, machinery safety, continuous improvement, and sustainability projects.
* Execute large capital projects on behalf of system owners, including design reviews, walkdowns, documentation review and approvals, system handover and acceptance, and updating of site engineering records.
Required Experience:
* Primary degree in mechanical, process, chemical, or electrical engineering.
* Minimum 2-3 years of project experience with knowledge and exposure to process plant, utilities, electrical, maintenance, and facilities systems, ideally within a highly regulated GMP environment.
* Understanding of GMP and quality standards required in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
* Ideal experience in trackwise and change controls.
