Job Purpose:
To work as part of the Global Biopharmaceuticals & Food team in attracting and securing high quality jobs and investments. Supporting the Global Team to deliver on its job targets for both existing and new clients. Supporting the Project Managers and Project Executives in a range of marketing and administrative activities
Key Tasks:
In line with the strategy targets and objectives set out in "Adapt Intelligently: A Strategy for Sustainable Growth and Innovation " for the sector, the key tasks include:
* To prepare, design and plan itineraries for the Department;
* To research, prepare and contribute to the preparation of investment proposals for IDA Ireland's Board and Committees, to include FACE model and Economic Model support;
* To support the BioPharma team to successfully deliver New Name and Existing Client Frameworks and Implementation Plans, for the Client Development Committee (CDC);
* To deliver a professional service to target companies and existing clients, to include Requests for Information (RFI's) and tailored presentations and materials;
* To maintain a suite of marketing materials for the division, including presentations, Infographics and documents;
* To work with regional teams in co-ordinating, preparing and maintaining Biopharma & Food regional value propositions and marketing materials;
* To maintain and update information on existing companies, target companies and industry trends using CRM;
* To ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process;
* To ensure dignity, respect and equality are applied throughout the organisation and that a work life balance in the workplace is supported as much as possible;

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
* A third level business related qualification to Level 7 standard on the National Qualification Framework is essential;
* Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines;
* A full driving licence is desirable;
* Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities, which may arise in IDA's offices in Ireland and Overseas;
* Aspects of this role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours
Salary Scale:
€31,545 to €58,019 per annum contributory superannuation. N.B Non-negotiable to start at minimum of the scale. Annual increments of €2,118.
Rising by long service increments to €59,911 (after 3 years satisfactory service at the maximum of the range) and €61,817 (after 6 years satisfactory service at the maximum of the range).
