Key Responsibilities
* Validate tenders following project award in collaboration with the Project Manager/Director.
* Prepare and update the CCS for projects in consultation with the Project Manager/Director.
* Analyze billing and cost timing to prepare cash flow forecasts.
* Compile monthly reports according to industry standards.
* Conduct site measurements and prepare interim valuations, including labour, materials, plant, equipment, and escalation.
* Monitor site progress to ensure timely claims submission and agreement for loss and expense recovery.
* Highlight shortfalls to the Commercial Manager.
* Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings.
* Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence.
* Manage client invoicing, submission, and tracking.
* Coordinate with the Financial Department on project reporting and financials.
* Resolve client and subcontractor disputes.
* Monitor procurement activities with regular reports.
Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering.
* Trade background is advantageous.
* Experience in construction or pharmaceutical industries is beneficial.
* 5-10 years post-qualification experience in electrical contracting.
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
