Position
The purpose of the role is to coordinate maintenance requirements with the demands of daily operations.
Prepare work packages for aircraft in maintenance stations, and coordinate the plan to accomplish these work packages with Maintenance Control.
Coordinate long-term maintenance requirements and prepare work packages for MROs.
Key Accountabilities
Monitoring aircraft maintenance forecasts and all requirement events in the AMOS system and informing the Line & Maintenance Control Centres of impending line checks and Out of Phase maintenance due prior to the hour/cycle limit being reached
Monitoring aircraft maintenance forecasts and all requirement events in the AMOS system and informing the Line and Base Maintenance departments of impending A/C line and base checks due prior to the hour/cycle limit being reached
The implementation, production and issuing of Work packages, Work Orders to ensure all tasks contained in the Approved Maintenance Programme are accomplished within the hour/cycle/Calendar time requirements in a cost-efficient manner
Supervising all contracted maintenance provider planning function
Liaison with appropriate personnel in matters arising from problems with airworthiness data or technical records information
Production of accurate reports using the company computer network, to assist other departments in their duties
Effectively interprets maintenance requirements from the approved maintenance programme
Review Work orders and Work packages to be issued to ensure they are in accordance with approved data
Be able to review Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives to ensure a full understanding of their requirements
Production and distribution of Maintenance Plans
Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility.
The company will facilitate this process.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in aircraft maintenance/aircraft engineering (Part 66 or degree)
Competent with AMOS system
Proficient in main MS Computer Packages
Competent in English
Experience
5 years' experience in large aircraft Maintenance Planning / Aircraft Engineering Services.
Experience in reading and understanding Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Service Bulletins (SB)
Sound knowledge of maintenance programs and development.
General knowledge of large aircraft systems and structures.
Working knowledge of large aircraft manuals
Candidate must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
