Community Operations Analyst (Multilingual)
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Assist our client’s community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time.
2. Become and remain knowledgeable about client’s products and community standards.
3. Make well-balanced decisions and be driven to be an effective advocate for our community.
4. Display strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and most importantly empathy.
5. Show a strong bias for doing what’s right.
6. Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client’s platform, such as account support requests and reports of potentially abusive content.
7. Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
8. Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to identify and develop scalable solutions to improve community support.
9. Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
10. Enforce the client’s Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
11. Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
12. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
13. Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
14. Maintain personal resilience in a fast-paced environment.
15. Adapt positively to challenges.
16. Make decisions and solve problems effectively.
17. Manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
18. Work collaboratively as part of a team.
19. Consistently meet KPIs on time.
Candidate Experience:
1. Proficient in market language and English.

Further Details:
1. Working hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays).
2. Shift options: Day (9am - 5:30pm) / Evening (6pm - 2am).
