The Role As Operations Manager off a long-standing supplier of industrial products youll lead and develop a high-performing operations team while ensuring seamless workflow, exceptional customer service, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will work closely with Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse functions to streamline processes and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, driving productivity and a customer-first culture.
Oversee customer service standards, ensuring quick resolution of enquiries and continuous improvement.
Streamline workflows between sales, warehouse, and production.
Monitor and improve operational processes, ensuring health, safety, and quality compliance.

What Were Looking For 5 years proven experience in operations management with strong leadership and customer service skills.
Backgroundinindustrial supplies or similar sector Skilled in workflow optimisation, team development, and problem-solving.
ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, with knowledge of health & safety standards.
Preferred Training in leadership, customer service, or process improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
