Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care and support to patients with Multiple Sclerosis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist nursing services to patients with MS, including assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care.
* Develop and implement plans of care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and patient/family/carers as appropriate.
* Maintain a register of patients within the CNS remit and record clinically relevant data aligned to National Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Support and/or lead audit and research projects relevant to the area of practice.
