Principle Responsibilities
Job description summary
You will be responsible for servicing and maintenance tasks, ensuring that they meet all specifications for safety, potency and efficacy. All jobs will be on customer sites or at the workshop in Charleville. You will work in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Required Attributes

* Flexibility - being able to travel to customer sites locally and to customer sites nationwide
* Out of hours may be required during customer process shutdown.
* Be comfortable in client-facing situations.
* Be willing to be on a rota for weekends on call.

* Provide leadership, direction and coaching to other members of the service team.
* Support the business unit project team in the planning of works.
* Support the development of the team members through the organisation of effective training and development.
Ideal Skills and Experience
* Significant (>10 years) industry knowledge and experience of mechanical/process systems, particularly valves, pumps, heat exchangers, etc.
* Experience in managing a service team.
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Relevant technical qualification (3rd level or craft) experience.
* Highly organised. Ability to multitask and manage competing needs and deadlines.
* Relevant team leadership and team development experience.
* Good interpersonal skills. The ability to collaborate across teams and business units.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Effective use of Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Word, Excel).
