Job Overview
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the IT strategy and roadmap. This includes developing and delivering initiatives that drive business growth through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and delivery of the IT strategy and roadmap aligned to commercial goals.
* Partner with senior business leaders to drive innovation and deliver value through technology.
* Manage outsourced partners, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and alignment with business priorities.
* Oversee system architecture (ERP, POS, BI, eCommerce, integrations, and data).
* Support major strategic projects including migration to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
* Build internal capability through the recruitment and leadership of key IT roles.
Requirements
* Proven experience in IT leadership within a retail or consumer-facing environment.
* Broad understanding of infrastructure, enterprise systems, data management, and cybersecurity.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate a strategic vision through a commercial lens.
* A track record of leading transformation and influencing senior leaders and third-party partners.
* A genuine passion for business and technology – someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering outcomes that make a tangible difference.
