We are currently seeking a suitable candidate to work in our inpatient mental health service, working alongside a senior clinical psychologist and a diverse multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a range of psychological services including assessment, review, programme implementation, behaviour management, and diagnostic.
* Promote and deliver services within the company ethos and philosophy.
* Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team providing an integrated and coordinated service to our patients and contribute to the development of person-centred plans.
Requirements
* Possess a recognized professional post-graduate qualification in clinical psychology or have their qualification validated by the Department of Health.
* Experience of working in secure care hospital settings, providing thorough secure care psychology assessments and case formulation.
* Good knowledge of mental disorders, treatment options, and approaches, and assessment frameworks.
* Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
