We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management structure, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently.

2. Maintain high standards of customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures

3. Serve as a point of contact for guests with concerns or issues
