At the forefront of sales excellence, we are seeking a Sales Ambassador to spearhead our business expansion initiatives.
This role will see you covering County Kerry, developing strong business relationships and expanding our client base across the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting builders, contractors, and businesses both existing and potential to promote and sell our wide range of hardware and building materials.
This is a customer-facing, on-the-road role ideal for someone with a passion for sales, relationship-building, and a solid understanding of the construction or hardware industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage with potential clients including builders, contractors, and local businesses.
* Promote our full range of hardware and building products.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Provide tailored product recommendations and quotes based on client needs.
* Report on sales activity and market trends to management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in B2B sales ideally within the hardware construction or building materials sector.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building relationships.
* Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently on the road.
* Good knowledge of hardware/building supplies is highly advantageous.
* Full clean driving license required.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Excel Outlook etc.
