Job TitleHead of Parts & AccessoriesLocationTrinity Motors ArdcavanBrandsFIAT | JEEP | MAZDA | PEUGEOTJob TypeFull-time | PermanentAbout the RoleTrinity Motors Ardcavan is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Parts & Accessories to lead and develop our multi-franchise parts department. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for operational performance, stock control, supplier relationships, team management, and profitability across four automotive brands.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Aftersales, Service, and Sales departments while delivering an excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands on front of house customer facing role dealing with the day to day provison of service to retail, trade and internal customers.Lead, manage, and develop the Parts & Accessories department across FIAT, JEEP, MAZDA, and PEUGEOT.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high service standards and maintenance of SOP'sManage stock control, ordering, returns, and inventory accuracy to maximise availability and minimise obsolescenceDrive departmental profitability through pricing strategies, sales initiatives, and cost controlBuild strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersSupport the Service and Workshop teams to ensure timely availability of partsImplement and monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance targetsEnsure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty procedures, and health & safety requirementsLead, train, and motivate the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities to grow parts and accessories sales, including retail, trade, and internal business.Experience with CDK/Keyloop an advantage.Key RequirementsProven experience in a senior Parts role within the motor industry (Head of Parts / Parts Manager / Senior Parts Advisor)Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems and manufacturer processesExperience managing multiple franchises is highly desirableCommercially focused with strong stock management and financial control skillsExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentStrong IT and dealer management system (DMS) experienceFull driving licence.What We OfferCompetitive salary package (commensurate with experience)Performance-related incentiveOngoing manufacturer and professional trainingCareer progression within a well-established and growing motor groupSupportive and professional working environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingApplication question(s):How many years experience have you as a senior Auto Parts Advisor and or Parts Manager.Experience:Auto Parts Sales : 3 years (required)Licence/Certification:full driving licence (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 16/02/2026Expected start date: 16/02/2026
