Physiotherapy Leadership Role

About the Role:
* Oversee the management and performance of physiotherapy services, ensuring adherence to best practice and evidence-based standards.
* Provide clinical input and professional leadership to physiotherapists, supporting effective interdisciplinary teamwork.
* Monitor service quality through audits, data evaluation, and outcome measurement.
* Build strong collaborative relationships with management, therapy teams, and community partners to support coordinated care.
* Supervise physiotherapy staff and contribute to service planning, development, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Professional Physiotherapy Qualification from a recognised third-level institution.
* Current registration with CORU.
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in physiotherapy work with significant paediatric/children's disability experience.
* Proven management or leadership experience in healthcare or disability services.
* Strong working knowledge of children's disability services in Ireland.
* Experience working within Children's Disability Network Teams or similar integrated service models.
* Experience of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team working.
* Full Driver's Licence and use of own car.
* Permit to work in Ireland.
