Job Description
The Indian Cuisine Chef is required to provide quality Indian cuisine including Curry and Tandoori to our guests and to maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety at all times.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a CDP position.
Knowledge of Indian food.
Prepare a menu for a fine-dining Indian restaurant.
Prepare a menu for catering & takeaway.
Capable of maintaining food stock up to the mark.
HACCP.
Ability to train staff.
