The global corporate Information Technology (IT) team, part of the Global Technology Solutions (GTS), aims to ensure that all Klaviyos have a strong technology foundation to excel in their work. Our main objective is to solve problems using technology and embracing automation, supporting Klaviyo's continued scalability and sustainable employee growth in a rapidly evolving environment. In this role, you will interact with and resolve technical issues for other Klaviyos, utilizing your experience to understand the problem and then solve it using your troubleshooting skills. You will also work on projects and automation initiatives in coordination with the larger IT SearchBar and end-user team. As an IT Team Lead, you will mentor team members and help them grow their technical knowledge. You will have support when needed, working closely with the IT SearchBar team in other regions and other IT teams to escalate issues as necessary. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily ticket queue, ensuring priority tickets are resolved promptly. You will also establish team standards and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs). Additionally, you will identify recurring technical issues and eliminate manual processes through automation. You will assist with hardware needs, including setting up and de-provisioning devices, installing and configuring software, and shipping and receiving. You will participate actively in documentation and write knowledge base articles, including editing and reviewing documentation created by junior team members. This role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to learn new technologies and pass that knowledge on to others.
