We're looking for someone who's excited to come to work every day-who's ready to develop the team, grow with the brand & tackle challenges.Responsibilities And Duties IncludeCoordinating restaurant operations dailyManaging the day-to-day financials on the restaurantEnsuring we surpass customers' expectationsManaging stock levelsCoordinating employee schedulingMonitoring compliance with regulationsMonitors HACCP standards and cleaning standardsSupervising and developing team membersPromoting the restaurant brandCoordinate with kitchen team to ensure open communications in terms of service and food quality and presentation. Liaise with the operations team dailyLiaise with our reservations department on a daily basisLiaise with our key clients, to ensure their reservations/events are seamlessReporting into the assistant manager and restaurant managerKey CompetenciesInterested in motivating teams & developing individual staffDisplays leadership abilitiesTask-driven, with a focus on meeting core objectivesCustomer focused approach to managementAbility to manage store operations independentlyAbility to manage multiple situations/tasks simultaneouslyDeep knowledge of customer serviceKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeProblem-solverConcise & clear communicatorAbility to learn and adapt to our company's standards and proceduresCriteria to apply for the position:1+ years' experience at a supervisor level2+ years' experience in the Hospitality SectorHas strong leadership skillsHas an excellent knowledge of all aspects of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
